We are looking for experienced and newly registered nurses to join our Clinical Divisions. Opportunities are available in ED, CCU, Acute and Elderly Medicine and the Surgical Division including Theatres at both of our main hospital sites which are situated at the Royal Lancaster Infirmary (RLI) in Lancaster and Furness General Hospital (FGH) in Barrow in Furness.

We are currently developing schemes to make the best use of the skills and knowledge of our existing staff, as well as attracting new talent. We expect staff to work together as a team to achieve the best outcomes; you will be encouraged to work with your manager to identify an individual competency pack which will be relevant to the area in which you intend to work and to meet your learning needs.
Newly qualified Band 5 nurses are welcomed to apply; you can work towards Band 5 competencies & develop extended roles. Full support for Preceptorship given.

If you are successful at the shortlisting stage you will be invited to attend an open day on the 21st June or the 12th July at either RLI or FGH. The day will include a full tour of the site of your choice and the opportunity to talk to Trust representatives in the morning followed by interviews in the afternoon.
